The Mid-Level Professionals Programme (MLPP) is a new recruitment initiative for talented and highly qualified mid-level professionals who wish to start and/or advance their careers as International Civil Servants at UNESCO.

A virtual career event hosted by UNESCO staff. The hybrid session will include a live breakout room with a schedule of career workshops related to the MLPP. The virtual booth will enable participants to request 1-to-1 chats with recruiters and staff from the various Programmes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a national of a UNESCO Member State. 
  • Hold a Master's Degree
  • 4 to 7 Years of work experience relevant to the open vacancies

 

Language requirements

  • Candidates should demonstrate an excellent knowledge of at least one working language of the Secretariat (English or French).
  • Good knowledge of another working language is an asset or is required in some cases.
  • Knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish could be required or would be an additional asset.
